The use of services provided by IPTV USA, hereinafter referred to as “IPTV USA,” constitutes an agreement to these terms. You can review our privacy policy here.
Account Setup / Email on File
We will set up your account upon receipt of payment and after our payment partner(s) have reviewed the order(s) for fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address that is not @ the domain(s) under which you are registering. In case of abuse issues or if we need to contact you, the registered primary email address will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure that the registered email address is current or up-to-date at all times. If you have a domain name registered with IPTV USA, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is accurate and up-to-date. IPTV USA is not responsible for an expired registration due to outdated contact information associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you must contact us by email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. In purchases of dedicated servers or high-risk transactions, it will be necessary to provide government-issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the order being considered fraudulent and refused.
Transfers
Our support team will make every effort to assist you in moving your site to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service and we cannot guarantee the availability, possibility, or time required to transfer an account. Each hosting company is set up differently, and some hosting platforms store data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which can make it extremely difficult or even impossible to migrate some or all account data. We will do our best, but in very rare cases, we may not be able to assist you in transferring data from a previous host. Free transfer services are available for 30 days from your signup date and only available if your previous hosting company uses cPanel. If your previous company operated on a non-standard control panel, migration fees may apply.
Content
All services provided by IPTV USA may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the State of California and the United States of America apply. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold IPTV USA harmless from any claims resulting from the use of our services. The use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. Offering for sale any merchandise that infringes upon the copyright holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. Any account found to be in violation of another’s copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material will be disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed, please contact us with a valid DMCA request. If the request pertains to a licensing issue, we may require additional documentation. Examples of unacceptable material on all hosting plans include:
- IRC Scripts / Bots
- Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers
- Pirated Software / Warez (linking to pirated software is also not allowed.)
- AutoSurf Sites / PTC / PTS / PPC or banner ad campaigns
- IP Scanners
- Brute-force Programs / Scripts / Applications
- Mail Bombers / Spam Scripts
- File Dump / Mirror Scripts (similar to Rapidshare)
- Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
- Escrow / Bank Debentures
- High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites
- Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life / Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM / Pyramid System)
- Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permits
- Prime Banks Programs
- Lottery / Gambling Sites
- MUD / RPG / PBBG
- Hacker-focused Sites / Archives / Programs
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Forums and/or websites distributing or linking to warez / pirated / illegal content
Examples of unacceptable material on all dedicated servers include:
- IRCD (IRC servers)
- IRC Scripts / Bots
- Pirated Software / Warez
- Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers
- Escrow
- AutoSurf Sites / PTC / PTS / PPC or advertising server scripts
- IP Scanners
- Brute-force Programs / Scripts / Applications
- Mail Bombers / Spam Scripts
- File Dump / Mirror Scripts
- Commercial Audio Broadcasting (more than one or two streams)
- Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permits
- Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life / Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM / Pyramid System)
- Prime Bank Selling
- Lottery / Gambling Sites
- MUDs / RPGs / PBBGs
- Hacker-focused Sites / Archives / Programs
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Forums and/or websites distributing or linking to warez / pirated / illegal content
IPTV USA shall be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of content policy.
Child Protection
Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use our services, and they should not submit any personal information to IPTV USA.
Termination / Refund
IPTV USA reserves the right to terminate service at any time. If data is stored on IPTV USA servers, a backup copy will be provided to the customer, if necessary, at the discretion of IPTV USA. All fees or service charges are non-refundable.
